First Monaco Sprint format

Official ticket sales are open for the 84th Monaco Grand Prix, scheduled for 3-6 June 2027. The Automobile Club de Monaco names three official buying routes: the Monaco Grand Prix website, the official Monaco Grand Prix mobile app and its physical ticket office. The app is therefore a genuine official sales channel, not merely an event guide.

The three official ticket channels

The controlling Automobile Club de Monaco ticket announcement lists the channels directly. Start from that announcement or type the stated domain yourself rather than trusting a sponsored search result, forwarded message or lookalike app listing.

ChannelWhat the ACM identifiesVerification step
Websitemonaco-grandprix.comCheck the domain before entering buyer or payment details.
Mobile appOfficial Monaco Grand Prix mobile applicationReach the app information through the ACM announcement rather than an unofficial download link.
Physical box officeAutomobile Club de Monaco, 44 rue GrimaldiUse the stated address and opening hours.

The Automobile Club box office is listed as open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00. That is a physical alternative to the website and app, not a reason to send payment to a person claiming to represent the club.

Yes, the new app is official

The ACM announcement explicitly calls the Monaco Grand Prix app the official mobile application and marks ticket buying through it as new. That answers the authenticity question, but a real channel can still be imitated. Follow the ACM's own route to the app, check the publisher information shown by the app store and be suspicious of any seller that moves the transaction into chat, bank transfer or a different domain.

An app using Monaco race imagery is not automatically the official app. The useful test is whether the Automobile Club de Monaco's own announcement identifies and links the channel.

An authenticity checklist before paying

  1. Begin with the ACM announcement and confirm tickets are still described as on sale.
  2. For web checkout, verify the destination is the stated monaco-grandprix.com domain before entering personal or card details.
  3. For mobile checkout, reach the official app through the ACM's route and check its store identity before installing.
  4. For an in-person purchase, use the listed Automobile Club de Monaco office at 44 rue Grimaldi during the published weekday hours.
  5. Read the event date, selected day and product details in the final basket. Do not rely on a reseller screenshot as proof of what the official checkout contains.
  6. Keep the official confirmation generated by the channel you used.

Why the first Sprint changes the day decision

The 2027 event runs across four dates, from 3 to 6 June, and Monaco will use the Sprint format for the first time. The ACM describes that format as bringing two qualifying sessions and two races to the streets of the Principality. That makes “which day?” more important than it is for a weekend understood only as practice, qualifying and one main race.

The announcement does not assign those four competitive sessions to individual days, so do not infer a detailed timetable from the phrase “Sprint format.” Before choosing a day-specific ticket, inspect the schedule attached to the official sales flow and decide whether your priority is a qualifying session, a race, or simply attending one day of the four-day event.

Your priorityWhat to verify before checkout
See a raceWhich ticket day contains the race session you intend to attend.
See qualifyingWhich day contains the relevant qualifying session.
Attend any one dayThe exact date on the ticket and what the official schedule places on it.
Cover the whole formatWhether the product selected covers all intended dates from 3 to 6 June.

The short answer

Buy through monaco-grandprix.com, the official Monaco Grand Prix mobile app or the Automobile Club de Monaco box office at 44 rue Grimaldi. The app is an official channel because the ACM's own ticket announcement says so. For the 3-6 June 2027 event, choose a ticket only after checking the official day-by-day schedule: the first Monaco Sprint means two qualifying sessions and two races, but the announcement alone does not say which session falls on which day.
